SRX11144094: the metagenomic binning f MAG1
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 375 spots, 2.7M bases, 759,688b downloads

Design: The library was prepared using the NEBNext Ultra II DNA library Prep (New England Biolabs) as described above. This library was sequenced on an Illumina NextSeq resulting in 2 X 150 bp read pairs.

Study: Metagenomes with Thioalkalivibrio signatures from the reef sponge, Cinachyrella
show Abstracthide Abstract
The primary objective of this study is to describe local reef sponge Cinachyrella microbiome diversity, composition, and functional roles they occupy. Sponge metagenome sequences were assembled and binned into twenty-six high-quality Metagenomically Assembled Genomes (MAGs) and were taxonomically and functionally characterized. One of the most abundant MAGs was identified as Thioalkalivibrio.
Sample: MAG with Thioalkalivibrio signatures from the reef sponge, Cinachyrella
